My friend is driving me crazy by stressing over a man?
Q. She is always stressing over him & they are not even official boyfriend & girlfriend. I am honestly getting sick of it, she knows he is married that's mistake #1 & I don't get why she is still after him. What should I say to her because I been real tolerant so far?

A. Truth be told, there is really nothing that you can say to get her to open her eyes. Some people are like that. They tend to be pushed towards the things and people that are off limits. I know that you want to be a friend, and you sound like a great friend for being concerned. Unfortunately, this is a mistake that she has to learn from on her own. When she approaches you with it, tell her that you don't agree with what she is doing, and you'd prefer not to hear about it. Let her know that what she's doing is annoying you especially if she's like my friends that ask for advice and do the opposite. Let her hit her head. She'll get the idea eventually.

Could I be pregnant or am I just stressing out over nothing?
Q. My boyfriend and I had a little too much to drink a couple of weekends ago. We began having sex but stopped halfway through because neither of us had a condom. Normally I get my period like clockwork, but this month it was a few days late, and when I did get it, it was very light and ended quickly. Am I just stressing over nothing? Is this normal?

A. I think you are stressing for nothing. But take a test to be sure.

I want to help my best friend to stop stressing out so much?
Q. She is in college and is really stressed out right now. She just got a job and they expect her to be there 20 a weeks and over 40 hours this summer. She is going to college full time. She wanted to come home for the summer to be with her family and friends now she can't. I need some ideas to make her cheer up and to help her stop stressing out. Thanks!

A. 1) Let her know it takes someone special to be able to handle such a load. 2) Tell her she must find some " me" time in there. 3) Suggest exercise, yoga, and meditating. 4) Tell her the $ will be good. 5) Explain how much she will appreciate her other schedule once summer is over.
