A. As temperature increases, so does pressure and vice versa. PV/T is constant. Therefore as your temperature goes down, so does the pressure. b) is definitely your answer.

A. Use this equation, osmotic pressure = CRT, where C is the concentration in molarity, R is the gas constant, and T is the temperature in Kelvin. So, the answers to your problems are: A) osmotic pressure = CRT to get C, get the number of moles of NaCl then divide it with volume of the solution mole NaCl = 0.923g / 58.442 g/mol mole NaCl = 0.0158 mol C = 0.0158 mol / 0.1L C = 0.158 mol/L So, osmotic pressure = 0.158 mol/L*(0.082058 L-atm/mol-K)*(25+273K) osmotic pressure = 3.86 atm B) C = osmotic pressure / RT C = 18.1 atm / (0.082058 L-atm/mol-K * 298K) C = 0.740 mol/L

How do you get fuel pressure after removing the pressure releif valve?
Q. I have a 1993 Ford Explorer that I bought from my sister, It didn't run for 2 years. I turned the engine over and I could smell old gas. I removed the pressure relief valve. It had gas dripping out of it. Since I put it back on and added new gas, There is spark but no fuel pressure. How can I get fuel pressure back to the engine?

A. If the gas in the tank had gone bad, you should probably pull out the pump and replace the filter that is at the end of the unit. Also the fuel filter located under the car should be replaced as well. When you pull the pump, have a look inside the tank to see if there is varnish buildup inside it, or worse rust. Pumps are not a lot of money (relatively), but the filters cost much less to replace. The fuel filter goes for about $8.00, and the pump screen costs less than that.
