A. I think it's called the adrenal *gland*...Pheochromocytom a and Addison's disease. Pheochromocytoma is a tiny, adrenaline secreting tumor (usually not malignant/cancerous) that can cause rage attacks or panic attacks. Addison's disease is where the adrenal gland doesn't secrete enough of a stress hormone called cortisol...causing difficulty with or inability to move, talk, et cetera.
